Hatorite ® SE additive is best used as a pregel.

Hatorite ® SE Pregels.

A key advantage of Hatorite ® SE is the ability to make relatively high concentration pregels quickly and easily – up to 14 % Hatorite ® SE – and still result in a pourable pregel.

To make a pourable pregel, use this procedure：

Add in the order listed: Parts by Wt.

1. Water: 86

Turn on HSD and set to approx.6.3 m/s on a high speed dispenser

2. Slowly addHatoriteOE: 14

Disperse at a stirring rate of 6.3 m/s for 5 minutes,store finished pregel in an airtight container.

● Levels of use:

Typical  addition  levels  are  0.1- 1.0  %  Hatorite ®  SE  additive  by  weight  of  total formulation, depending upon the degree of suspension, the r heological properties or viscosity required.

● Storage:

Store in a dry place.  Hatorite ®  SE  additive  will  absorb  moisture  in  high  humidity conditions.
